I realized lately I have a big fear of loud noises.I don't know how to handle it anymore than just avoiding anything loud.For example when my cousin and I were at her friends house and we decided to look up scary videos on YouTube...you know the ones when something suddenly pops up in the middle of a game being played and it screams like some freakin horror movie with the grudge girl. I HATEEEEE these and FEARR them to death.
So i was wondering if you had any fears,how would you try to over come them? Or if you don't over come them how do you live with them?
